Refund policy

Our goal is for our customers to be happy with their purchase and our products.  Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final, no returns/exchanges. However, we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.  If you have received a damaged item, please email believein212@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with pictures and or video of the defective item(s). 

Cake orders: Each cake is carefully prepared and shipped anywhere in the United States, so you can enjoy the flavor of home, no matter where you are. While the protective cover may sometimes stick to the frosting, rest assured—it may not always look perfect when it arrives, but it will always taste absolutely delicious

Scented products: Our scented products are hand made using natural ingredients. Occasionally there may be variations in our products.  These variations do not affect the integrity of the product and therefore are not considered a defect or damage. Due to the nature that embellishments are placed by hand and may vary in shape or size, each item will be unique and may not look exactly like the referenced pictures.
