Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed within 3 business days.*  Should there be any delays with order processing prior to shipment, we will communicate those delays via email.

* Custom and edible items will be shipped according to their associated timeline. 

Shipping rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $75 receive free shipping.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, tracking information will be sent via email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Believe in Scents is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Believe in Scents is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged item please email believein212@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with pictures of the defective item(s).  For any lost packages please contact the shipment carrier or email our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
